The Mechanical Tower, in contrast to other carbon-capture technologies, can remove CO2 from the environment without using energy-intensive devices to draw air through the system. Instead, as air is blown through the system from any direction by the breeze, the technology effectively captures carbon. As a result, it is a passive, reasonably affordable, and scalable option. The technology has the potential to significantly lower the amount of CO2 in the Earth’s atmosphere if it is widely used, which would aid in the fight against global warming.

The tower is comprised  sorbent tiles. The tiles become saturated with CO2 within 10 minutes where the CO2 is removed from the sorbent. The tower then repeat the process. 

Legotini has plans to scale up the technology through a series capture farms which will capture around 1,000 t/d of CO2

The TiniBnB® CarbonPanel® is a technology that incorporates multiple patented pending inventions alongside proprietary trade secrets, making it a one-of-a-kind carbon from air Collector technology that uses the power of the sun to extract CO2 pollutant from the air. The CarbonPanel is comprised of sorbent tiles. The tiles become saturated with CO2 within several minutes where the CO2 is removed from the sorbent. The CarbonPanel then repeat the process.

A wireless transmitter inside each CarbonPanel allows our Network Operations Center to monitor carbon quality and quantity and help resolve issues remotely.
